RENO, Nevada (January 30, 2023) – Estipona Group, a Nevada-based creative marketing agency, has been recognized as Advertising Agency of the Year (Under $10M) by the Western Region of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). , the advertising industry’s largest trade organization, during their annual Best of the West Media Awards for 2022. The program honors those individuals and companies who are delivering excellence to their communities and the advertising industry.

The Estipona Group has been in business for thirty years, representing a wide range of clients from various industries including public health, government, manufacturing and education. The 2022 award recognizes the results of their Hope Means Nevada campaign, a youth suicide prevention initiative coordinated with Nevada non-profit organization Hope Means Nevada and funded by SilverSummit Healthplan; an effort to identify and resolve Washoe County Health District’s brand awareness issues; and a COVID-19 vaccination campaign for the Nevada Health Response Team. The Best in the West award also recognizes one of the agency’s integrated marketing campaigns that launched Neurofenix in America, a company providing rehabilitation solutions for stroke patients, which resulted in the company’s largest month of lead generation in its history. In addition, the award recognizes the work of Estipona Group in leading a collaboration between the City of Sparks and Yelp to highlight businesses, personalities and places of intrigue in Sparks, Nevada to improve commerce and transportation.
A critical component of the award criteria is the community service that Estipona Group provides collectively and individually in its service region. Team members provide expertise, volunteer hours and board services to organizations such as Truckee Meadows Tomorrow, the Nevada Travel Commission, the Governor’s Workforce Development Board, the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada and the United Way. Other organizations include the Northern Nevada Literacy Council, Renown Pet Therapy, Advocates to End Domestic Violence, and Amplify Life.
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges and judged on their quality of work and proven service in their respective markets. Agencies from Arizona, Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, including the western region of the AAF, entered the competition.
